“Data Processor” means a third party that processes Personal Information on behalf of and pursuant to our instructions. This Privacy Policy applies to customers’ Personal Information and does not apply to the automation content that customers store on Switchur Sites. We will not disclose, move, access or use automation content except as provided in the customer’s service agreement (“Terms of Service”).

Switchur Sites include features from social media websites Facebook, Google, and Twitter. These features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our Switchur Sites, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social media features are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on Switchur Sites. This Privacy Policy does not apply to these features. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy statements and other policies of the companies providing them.
